The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing organizational development and learning.

Specific Responsibilities: But not limited to the following

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Provide staff training and development
  • Develop HR Strategies
  • Recruit competent staff
  • Conduct Performance Appraisals
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals

Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or in any Social science subject, added relevant certification or a Master’s Degree would be a plus.

A minimum of 3 years work experience developing HR strategies and coordinating Organizational learning 

Have the following skills, excellent people management skills, full understanding of all HR functions and best practices, presentation skills, high energy level, and excellent professionalism.
